“YogahKarmasuKaushalam” (Excellence in action is Yoga) is the moto of IIT Kharagpur. We aspire excellence through our action in all facets of IIT Kharagpur. The Career Development Centre (CDC) of IIT Kharagpur is not an exception. We nurture the idea of seeing career as a continuously evolving process. Keeping this principle in mind, we seek to guide the students in developing their personality and awareness towards excellence from their very first day in the campus. We organize industry oriented lecture series/workshops, life skills/leadership training, and interactions with experts to keep our students ready to excel in their respective professional domains. We believe such programs and interactions could motivate the young talents, and help them to get ready to accept the challenges towards our national progress and to meet the demands of the corporate world, and beyond. We welcome organizations and experts from various sectors to visit us and look forward their constructive feedback.
